Senior staff analyst and improvement

Job Description:
- Analyze, improve, and create standard operating procedure (SOP) system for WA based on actual process and customer need
- Giving solution to customer complaint related with corrective action and improvement
- Maintain existing system data audit
Coordinate with other department to ensure improvement is implemented
- Implement and make sure the work method based on ISO 9001, ISO 140001, FSSC 22000 & OHSAS (if needed)
- Prepare for weekly improvement report and monthly KPI report

Requirement:
- S1 technical background: industrial, chemical (applied chemical), mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, polymer
- Having experience as QA Analyst / QA Senior Staff / Supervisor minimum 3 years
- Having supervisory skill
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate (Ms Office) and SAP
- Having knowledge related to ISO 140001, FSSC 22000
